Bridging the Gap Between Clinical Medicine and Real Health
In nursing school and in practice, I saw how disconnected fitness and nutrition were from daily medical care. Patients were often given generic advice and poor guidance on how to eat, move, and exercise to support long-term health.
I chose to bridge that gap by combining my clinical nursing background with practical, evidence-based coaching. My mission is simple: to help people improve their strength, mobility, and nutrition, providing them with better health and wellness across the lifespan.
